What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery time consists of two stages:
- Production: Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be created and quality-checked.
- Shipping: Transit time varies based on your location and is calculated at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Send a photo of the damaged product and the packaging to our support team. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect style selection by the customer. We only offer replacements in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
How is my data handled?
Your privacy is a priority. Any photos or text input you provide are used strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not share your personal content with third parties for marketing purposes.
